Our bar collects the recipes of classic bars, but selecting the Peruvian pisco in a privileged position.

Our flagship drink has its emblematic cocktail, and we have the one that is probably one of the best known and most representative of Lima: the Pisco Sour Catedral from Bolívar.

The classic recipe with pisco quebranta is perceived in a special way: by being in an architectural jewel with a century of history, the experience of Pisco Sour Catedral is really unique.
